Shipping Methods

A/ Shipping methods (Hong Hong Area):

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below. 
1/. Free delivery is available for each order with net purchase of HK$800 or above (after discount) for a single delivery location only.

If the net purchase is less than HK$800 (after discount), additional delivery charges + **Freight Collect** will be charged by customer.

There is no consolidated order service, and the re-delivery service charges HK$180.

Individual limited/pre-sale/special items are excluded, please pay attention to the details of individual item pick-up/delivery.


2/. Delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, but excluding outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Sha Tau Kok restricted area, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau).


3/. A surcharge of HK$50 per floor would be applied if there is no elevator at stated delivery address. 

4/.  Homeland Tea Garden and its affiliates, staffs, dealers and any engaged third parties shall not be liable to
(i) any losses or damages of the delivered goods; or  
(ii) the goods being contaminated due to any person or

reason which is either not suitable for human consumption or affect the health of consumers causing personal injuries and death, both of which arising from the customer’s request to deliver the goods to the door of designated address unattended, or have the goods received by the designated management office of the building on behalf of the customers.

5/.  In case of any disputes, Homeland Tea Garden Ltd. reserves the right of final decision. For terms and condition.
